Packaging & Shipping
Products are being shipped all over the world from Presenta Nova production facility in Zagreb, Croatia EU.
Production time depends on the size of the order. It can last from 2 weeks for single units up to 10 weeks for larger projects. Production process starts upon the order confirmation.
All products are properly packed, covered with styrofoam protection from all sides and transported on EURO-palette.
We ship by truck, sea and air freight as well as by express shipping. Shipping costs are individual for each product and country. Cost is determined by the volume and the weight of the shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated upon receiving your inquiry.
1. Road transport
Shipping to Central European countries by truck generally takes 4-6 working days. For the rest of the Europe, truck transportation takes about 7-10 working days.
2. Sea freight
Sea freight is made via the Croatian harbour Rijeka and the German harbour Bremerhaven. Shipping takes about 2 weeks for Mediterranean countries, about 3 weeks for the Middle East and 4 weeks for the USA & Canada.
3. Air freight
Air freight outside Europe takes about 5-7 working days.
4. Express shipping
Small orders can be shipped by express, and generally take 1 day for most places in Europe and 2 days for the rest of the world.
